Processing time can take 2-4 days before your item(s) are shipped. Delivery may take 5-8 business days for domestic shipping, international will take longer, unless items are out of stock. We will notify you if your requested item is out of stock. We put special care into packaging to ensure your items arrive safely, however we are not responsible for packages damaged through transit or lost in the mail. Pick up at our warehouse is in Kilsyth South Victoria Monday to Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
